At FALLOW, we stand by the quality of our curated fashion collections and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
